Sweetz App Central – Terms & Conditions

By purchasing, accessing, or using the Sweetz App Central bundle and all included applications (“Apps”), you (“User”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Apps.
1. License & Access
Upon purchase, User receives lifetime access to the specific apps included in the bundle at the time of purchase.
This license is:
Personal
Non-transferable
Non-exclusive
Non-commercial regarding the apps themselves (see sections below)
The User is granted permission to use the apps and generate content, but NOT to copy, reproduce, distribute, or claim ownership of the apps.
2. Permitted Use
Users ARE allowed to:
Create unlimited images, ebooks, coloring pages, word search books, flyers, graphics, and other digital assets using the Sweetz App Central tools.
Sell, publish, or distribute the digital products they create (Etsy, Shopify, KDP, websites, etc.).
Use the outputs commercially with full rights unless otherwise stated inside individual apps.
3. Prohibited Use
Users ARE NOT allowed to:
Copy, duplicate, reproduce, or recreate any app, its code, user interface, prompts, or structure.
Reverse engineer, rebuild, or clone any Sweetz App Central application or system.
Share, distribute, or resell the apps, access links, dashboards, files, or GPT-powered tools.
Include any Sweetz App Central app inside another bundle, membership, store, or software offer.
Give away free access to any app or provide login access to others.
Remove branding, credits, or proprietary markings in a way intended to disguise ownership.
Claim the apps or platform as their own creation.
Any violation will result in immediate termination of access with no refund and may result in legal action.
4. Intellectual Property
All apps, branding, designs, names, processes, prompts, code, structures, and dashboard layout belong exclusively to Sweetz Digital HQ / Sweetz Designz.
User acknowledges that:
The apps themselves are NOT sold to the user — only access is granted.
All intellectual property rights remain with the creator.
5. No Resell Rights
Users do NOT receive:
Master Resell Rights
Private Label Rights (PLR)
White Label Rights
Commercial Rights to the apps themselves
Users may sell what they create using the apps, not the apps or system.
6. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature and instant access of this product, all sales are final.
No refunds, chargebacks, or cancellations are permitted.
7. Unauthorized Access & Sharing
If unauthorized access, password sharing, distribution, or publishing of app links is detected:
Access may be revoked without notice
Legal action may be pursued for damages
Violators may be permanently banned from future products and communities
8. Updates & Future Apps
Your purchase includes lifetime access to the 15 apps included in the bundle at the time of purchase.
Any new apps added in the future may require a separate purchase.
9. Limitation of Liability
Sweetz Digital HQ is not responsible for:
Earnings results
Platform changes (e.g., Midjourney, KDP, Etsy)
Third-party usage issues
Losses due to misuse of the apps
All tools are provided “as-is” with no guarantees.
10. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing or accessing Sweetz App Central, the user agrees to abide by these Terms & Conditions.
Violation of any section may result in immediate removal without refund.
